OK, so they call this fabulous blue color "madagascar" - I'm not sure why - I've never been to Madagascar.  What I do know is that this little romper is adorable! All silk, it can be taken from day to evening in chic summer style! The shoulders are a bit padded - we don't mind that - the look is a nice mixture of soft and structured. I'm going to call Crayola and suggest they add the Madagascar crayon to the box. I dig it!
